AKA Chili Mac

This is basically a “mac-n-cheese” version of my Low Carb Spaghetti Squash Alfredo.  Only instead of using Parmesan cheese I used shredded Colby Jack.

1 cup cooked spaghetti squash

1 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup shredded cheese

Pinch of Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat through on the stove over medium high heat until the cheese has melted or just put it all in a microwave safe bowl and nuke it!

Top with your favorite chili.  This is my quick and dirty home made chili recipe.  To keep it extra low carb, omit the beans.
