Your 1-1 VIP Session
It’s amazing what you can learn and accomplish during an intense 1-1 Session!
During our time together we’ll get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck and design a plan to fix it.
Whether you struggle with getting and staying motivated, emotional/binge eating, creating healthy habits and sticking with them, or something you haven’t been able to identify yet, we’ll work as a team to figure out what needs to change and find solutions that work for you.
You’ll leave our session feeling educated and empowered with the information and tools you’ll need to put your plan in place so you can start making progress, immediately.

- One-on-One consultation to get clear on goals, determine obstacles, and create a plan to establish happy, healthy habits just for you
- A mapped out plan with clearly defined action steps based your goals, strengths and needs (emailed within 48 hours of our session)

I have lost more weight than I imagined was possible!
I have been struggling with my weight for about 8 years, trying virtually everything while the number on the scale kept going up and up. I thought I was doing things right but the weight never budged.
During my VIP session with Andrea it was quickly discovered that I was sabotaging myself and denying a window of binge eating that I had virtually blocked out of my consciousness.
Andrea gave me strategies for decreasing stress eating and, what I now see as self-harm from my binges as a way of dealing with stress.
I had been to lots of doctors and, unfortunately, in those settings you are given about 30 seconds to address any problems/issues which was never adequate for flushing out the root cause of my weight gain.

CONSULTING
A consulting session is a time for us to dive deep into everything we need to know in order to create an actionable plan for you to start living your ideal happy, healthy lifestyle. We’ll discuss your goals, what motivates you, what’s held you back in the past, your fears, and your personal obstacles/challenges.
We’ll also outline what your ideal happy, healthy lifestyle looks like so you have a clear picture of overall goal. From their we’ll break it down into smaller goals with a plan designed specifically for you based on your unique lifestyle factors.
Consulting sessions are intense and powerful.
Consulting sessions do not include on-going coaching, however you will receive a detailed plan (PDF) based on our time together and you will receive 30 days of email support if you have any questions or need extra guidance.
COACHING
Coaching sessions are meant to enhance consulting sessions. They are designed to hold you accountable, challenge your and provide addition education, encouragement and support you need to put your healthy lifestyle plan in place.
No. I’m not a therapist or counselor. I don’t even consider myself a “wellness coach”. I am the creator of the I’mperfect Life Philosophy for living a happy, healthy I’mperfect Life, and my coaching practice is based on that philosophy. (Learn more HERE)
I believe that we all have the ability to be happy and healthy, that we should all love ourselves and our bodies from the inside-out and take care of both because we only have one body, and one life, to live.
I believe that self-improvement via food, fitness, and lifestyle changes are the keys to a lifetime of health and happiness.
My goal is to help you identify what works for you and help you implement that. My job isn’t to tell you what to do, it’s to help you do what you need to do. Basically, I’ve got your back and will give you the tools, information, and support you need to live your best, happy, healthy, I’mperfect Life.
No. I’m neither a nutritionist, nor a dietitian. I do not prescribe diets. However, I am a nutrition junkie and totally geek out over all things nutrition so I can help you understand how food works.
I can teach you all about macro and micro nutrients and how they affect your body. I can explain the metabolic process in laymen’s terms, and help read food labels and identify the best foods for your body so you can make the best decisions for you.
Lifestyle factors include things like your job, your season of life (kids/no kids) age and personal resources such as financial limitations, support system, location.
Although I prefer to work within the structures listed above, I am able to create custom solutions based on individual needs. My hourly rate averages about 150.00 and does not just include the time we spend together. I also include the time it takes to create custom plans, on-going support via email, etc. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss a custom package.
