Hi! I'm Andrea!

I spent nearly 20 years beating myself up for failing when it came to food and fitness and weight loss. All I wanted was for someone to  tell me how to stop failing and to teach me the mindset and habits I needed to lose weight and keep it off.

That’s why I created EVOLve.

From 328 pounds, to triathlete, to mom of 2 boys at 40, I know a thing or two about food, fitness, body image, and the challenges we face when it comes to living a happy and healthy lifestyle.

When you join EVOLve you will get the training, coaching and support I wish I’d had during those 20 years of constant struggle.

You will learn how to stop failing so you can start living your own happy, healthy I’mperfect Life!

COACHING CALLS

During live group coaching calls, you’ll get 1-1 time with Andrea to get expert advice and guidance that will help you overcome challenges you’re working to improve when it comes to food, fitness, and the “life-stuff” that gets in the way of living our happiest, healthiest lifestyle, based on her philosophy and methodology for living a happy, health I’mperfect Life.

Calls typically happen on the 3rd Monday of every month from 7:30-9:30pm. (Subject to change. If I am unable to host a session due to illness or conflict, I always schedule and alternate date)

You do not have to join the call at 7:30, you may join later.

I try to work my way from east coast to west throughout the call to allow those in Mountain and Pacific time zones an opportunity to join later.
