2nd Annual Maintain Your Weight Holiday Challenge

WHAT IS IT?

The I’mperfect Life: Happy, Healthy Holidays Challenge is designed to help you maintain your weight and your sanity this holiday season by committing to health and happiness rather than a strict diet and unnecessary stress for the next six weeks. 

The goal is to have a balance of zero pounds (or less) on your weight maintenance chart (provided) at the final weigh-in on the last day of the challenge– January 1st.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1: Sign up for the free challenge by entering your contact information below

Step 2: You’ll receive a confirmation email to “opt-in” you MUST click “Yes subscribe me to the list” . Once you do that you will receive a second email with all the details of the challenge along with your personal weight tracker and a link to the private Facebook support group.

Step 3: Join the group and get ready for the first weigh-in on Sunday 11/20 (You do not need to share your weight with anyone)

Step 4: Track your weight throughout the duration of the challenge using your personal (and private) weight tracker

Step 5: Maintain your weight, be happy and healthy, enjoy the holiday season, stress-free with love and support from others who “get it!”

Each week you’ll receive an email with helpful tips for staying happy and healthy during the holiday season while maintaining your weight.

Every Sunday you will weigh-in, in the privacy of your own home and write down your weight on your personal weight tracker. You do not need to share your weight with anyone, just the results at the end of the challenge on January 3rd. (Not your actual weight, just the difference in weight between 11/20 and 1/1) Example: Difference= 0 lbs OR Difference = -3 lbs OR Difference = +2 lbs

There is no pressure to LOSE weight, the only goal is to maintain your current weight. Some weeks you might see a gain and some weeks you might see a loss because our weight naturally fluctuates as humans. However, at the end of the challenge, the goal is to see a difference of zero pounds or fewer.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who could use a little extra help to avoid gaining weight during the holidays.

Those who are working to lose weight are welcome too! But there’s no pressure to lose in this challenge.

PS:  You don’t have to share your actual weight, just the amount lost or gained with the goal being 0 or lower at the end of the challenge.
