The holidays are a stressful time of year, no matter how much you love them.
The “temptations” are endless, and not just with food.
It can be far too easy to let the holidays overwhelm you, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
That’s why I’m hosting this 11 week Coaching, Accountability, and Support Session.
To help you get through the holidays while maintaining your weight and your sanity!
What you can expect...
Get the guidance, support, and accountability you want and need!
Each week we’ll focus on a specific topic with open conversation. We’ll discuss obstacles and challenges, create mini goals, and design a plan to tackle them.
Drop in when you’re able.
Take what you need and give what you can.
This is will be LOW stress and fun. No one needs another to-do item on their list during the holidays.
The goal is to help you honor yourself, your body and your physical, mental and emotional needs so you can thoroughly enjoy the holidays without feeling like you need a fresh start on January 1st!
