I became a runner. I started with 1 min run 2 min walk and added every week (followed a plan) until I hit 15 min straight! I’m proud to say that I’ve lost 40 lbs which is awesome (sill got some more to go but want to be sculpted so scale isn’t as important to me now) but I’m more proud of how fit I am! I ran a 12k marathon! RAN! I can hike without getting winded and so much more. Currently I’m trying to get good at running up hills and working on making a 10k my daily (eventually I’ll do a 10k with hills lol)! So hard but have worked up to it all! It’s possible for any one. Start small but aim BIG! You’re body is so much more capable than you give it credit for. You’re brain just gets in the way!
