This one is pretty self-explanatory, however that doesn’t take away from its value, because in order of importance, this rule comes in second.

Like I mentioned in rule number one, you’re going to let yourself down. You’re not always going to meet your expectations…even when you are trying to do your best.

  • You’re going to give in to impulse decisions that don’t benefit you.
  • You’re going to regret something you ate…more than you want.
  • You’re going to beat yourself up for missing a workout, often.
  • You’re going to procrastinate a task that feels really important to you but never gets done.

Those decisions, circumstances, and situations don’t equal failure! They simply mean that you are normal and living an authentic I’mperfect Life.

The only thing standing between moving forward and giving up is forgiveness. If you can’t (won’t) forgive yourself, it’s impossible to let go and move on. If you live a life of perceived failure, you will always fail. Period. But if you learn to: forgive, focus on success, and believe that you are capable despite the lack of perfection, you WILL achieve your goals. There will be no other option.

Creating a healthy lifestyle…a TRUE lifestyle change, starts with a mind-shift and that starts and ends in forgiveness.

Forgiveness = love.

Forgive yourself to love yourself, love yourself to accept yourself, accept yourself to better yourself.

You are capable and worthy of living your best, happy, healthy, I’mperfect Life.
