Alicia has recently recommitted herself to getting healthy by decreasing her sugar (main culprit being coffee creamer) focusing on a healthy whole foods diet and joining her local YMCA!  Alicia and her husband have a saying, “Kick this Pig!” which they use as their battle cry when facing challenges, especially in weight loss.  Congratulations, Alicia!  I hope these new capris help you Kick that Pig!
